The Place\u2019s choreographers will inhabit the gallery, showcasing the broad and diverse practices of contemporary dance with an array of site-specific installations, performances, film screenings and impromptu one-off dances, offering an unprecedented insight into the creative process of dance artists.<\/p>\n<p>There are effectively two performers within the piece; the dancer and the drum kit, which acts as a vessel for both light and sound, both of which are individually in control of their own rhythms whilst being able to determine one another\u2019s.
