We have implemented measures taking into account Government guidance to help ensure a safe and enjoyable visit.

• In accordance with government guidelines, we are now legally obliged to collect and maintain a record of visitors who come onto our premises for the purpose of contract tracing, under the NHS Test and .Trace scheme. Please note that anyone over the age of 16 visiting the museum will be required to provide contact details through scanning the NHS Test and Trace QR code or, if you do not have access to the app, our team will take your details directly.

• Please book a maximum of 6 tickets per booking, as per Government guidelines.

• For groups larger than six, please book additional tickets as required. You will be admitted in groups of six.

Visits to the museum are self-guided and take approximately 1 hour.

•  A face covering must be worn throughout the space

•  Please arrive on time with your e-ticket or paper ticket ready for contactless scanning

•  Practice safe distancing from staff and other visitors

•  Hand sanitiser dispensers are available throughout the space

•  Clear floor markers and signage are in place to assist with safe distancing measures

•  A reduced number of toilet facilities will be available

•  Increased cleaning schedule focussing on high-frequency touch points, such as bathrooms, glass areas, lift buttons, bannisters, door handles, and touch screens

•  Most importantly, if you or anyone in your party start to display any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19, we ask that you refrain from visiting and rebook your visit

Parking

We are in the congestion charge zone with limited car parking options. We encourage visitors to travel by public transport.


Disabled parking

City of London Corporation offers a map of designated disabled parking bays in the area.

Toilets and baby-changing facilities are available.

We are unable to permit suitcases, large rucksacks or bikes onsite.

There is limited buggy storage onsite.

There is no café or eating area onsite. We encourage you to explore the restaurants and cafés available next door in Bloomberg Arcade.
